Both Teams to Score Tips – September 2019

Both Teams to Score is a good bet to place and is simply a bet for each team to score within 90 mins. Often shortened to just BTTS, these are very popular especially in accumulator bets.

Here's the teams I'm watching for Both Teams to Score, based on current stats and recent games in August.

Bournemouth are the only team in the Premier League to have a 100% record so far on the Both Teams to Score, with all 4 of their first Premier League encounters seeing goals at both ends.

Premier League new boys had possibly the hardest start with a trip to Anfield on the first day, finishing up on the losing end 4-1 despite a good performance. Just the latest game against West Ham which failed to see both teams score.

West Brom

Currently in 4th place in the Championship, West Brom have a 100% BTTS record. 1-1 seems a popular score for them at present, which has been seen in 50% of their first games.

Doncaster Rovers

League One's Doncaster Rovers have fired in 7 goals from 4 starts in League One but have had a reply on every occasion so far, with both teams scoring in 100% of their games so far.

Port Vale

Six games played so far for Port Vale and with neither keeper keeping a cleaning in 83% of their games so far this season in League Two.

Salford City

League Two newcomers and Class of 92 boys, Salford City, have seen stalemate and both teams scoring in all 4 of their last games. They travel to Morecambe on Sept 7th, who have a 50% both teams to score record so far from 6 games.

Good luck if you follow the Both Teams to Score Markets. I find either Bet365 or Paddy Power good for these as they both have comprehensive Both Teams to Score coupons.

Lionesses to reach the Women’s World Cup Final?

England are 13/8 to reach their first FIFA Women’s World Cup final after goals from Jill Scott, Ellen White and Lucy Bronze put the Lionesses into Tuesday’s semi-final against USA.

bet365’s Steve Freeth “USA have never failed to reach the last four of a World Cup and kicked off their campaign in style with a 13-0 victory over Thailand – they look worthy favourites.

“England have also impressed in reaching the semi’s, conceding just once, with 5-goal Ellen White (150/1 before the Japan game) challenging the States’ Alex Morgan and Megan Rapinoe for the top scorer crown.”

White also features prominently in bet365’s 2019 BBC Sports Personality of the Year betting as do 16/1 Steph Houghton and 25/1 Lucy Bronze.

Premier League 2019/20 Season Fixtures

The wait is finally over – the announcement of next season's Premier League fixtures is now here!

All eyes have been on the Premier League newcomers Norwich, Sheffield United and Aston Villa to see who they get on their first day in the Premier League.

Championship title winners Norwich face a tough trip to Liverpool in a baptism of fire on the Friday night, runners-up Sheffield United are away to Bournemouth and play off winners Villa make a trip to London to face Spurs at their new stadium.

Pep's Man City start their campaign to defend the Premier League title against West Ham in the early game on Saturday 10th August and have a big Manchester Derby game on 7th December against Man United.

The Red's face Chelsea at Old Trafford in the first of the Super Sunday games.

Liverpool have a busy start to their season with a trip to Istanbul first for the UEFA Super Cup against Chelsea on the 14th of August. They will be keen to kick off their Premier League battle at Anfield against newcomers Norwich. They face Everton at Anfield on the 4th of December in the Merseyside Derby.

Arsenal travel up to Newcastle in the second of the Super Sunday games on Sky Sports.

Villa join the top flight – Premier League Outright Odds

Dean Smith has guided Aston Villa back to the Premier League and bet365 have released prices for the forthcoming season.

The Lions are 1500/1 to win the title, 150/1 for a Top 4 and 50/1 for a Top 6 finish, while the claret and blue outfit can be backed at 4/1 to end the 2019/20 campaign in the top half and bet365 have chalked up 5/2 about them being relegated.

bet365’s Steve Freeth “Four of the last five Championship Play-Off winners have gone straight back down, but we think Villa could be capable of bucking that trend.”

Derby are 14/1 to win the 2019/20 Championship title after their defeat at Wembley.

Potter To Work His Magic At Brighton? Seagulls 6/1 For Top Half Finish

Brighton have unveiled Graham Potter as Chris Hughton’s replacement and bet365 have a number of prices on the Seagulls for the forthcoming 2019/20 Premier League season.

The South Coast side are 1500/1 to win the title, 200/1 for a top 4 finish, 80/1 top 6 and 6/1 to end the campaign in the top half – the Seagulls are 2/1 to be relegated.

bet365’s Steve Freeth “Potter gets his chance in the Premier League after quietly impressing in his first year managing on these shores.”

Liverpool’s Week To Get Even Better? Rampant Reds 6/1 To Land Premier League Title

Liverpool host Wolves on the final day and are 6/1 to put the icing on the cake of an amazing week and lift the Premier League trophy on Sunday.

bet365’s Steve Freeth “The odds are stacked against Liverpool lifting their first ever Premier League trophy, but after the week they’ve had, they’ll believe that anything is possible.”

Manchester City, who travel to Brighton, are the red-hot 1/8 favourites to retain their crown and 4/1 with bet365 to be the highest scorers on Sunday.

Champions League Final Odds – Liverpool now firm favourites

bet365 have cut Liverpool from 22/1 into 4/9 to win the Champions League after an incredible comeback against Barcelona on Tuesday night.

bet365’s Steve Freeth “Liverpool famously have previous when fighting back from 3-0 down in this competition, while Barcelona have recent history in throwing away a 1st leg three goal lead, but the injuries to Klopp’s side had the hosts drifting to 18/1 to qualify come kick off.

“Jurgen Klopp might win a trophy after all!”

Man City Favs To Retain Title – Salah Fav To Retain Top Scorer Crown

Manchester City head into the final two Premier League games of the season as red-hot favourites to retain their title, but the race to finish top goalscorer still has a very competitive look to it with Mohamed Salah once again at the top of the charts.

bet365’s Steve Freeth “Salah has team mate Mane breathing down his neck just 1 goal behind, the same as the prolific Aguero, while Aubameyang, Sterling and Vardy could still have a say in proceedings.

“Maybe we could see a repeat of the 1997/98 and 1998/99 campaigns when three players tied at the top.”
