The Merseyside Derby kicks off the weekend and a draw looks likely to me. Draws are the theme for this weekend's Correct Score Double with stalemate expected here for these two at a tasty 55/1!

Sheffield Utd v Fulham

It’s been a terrible start for both Sheffield United and Fulham this season with neither side having collected any points from their opening four matches.

With that in mind, this game isn’t expected to be a classic. Although Fulham’s problems have been keeping the opposition off the scoresheet, the Blades have looked reasonably resolute, yet they’ve struggled to hit the target.

Fulham do possess firepower, yet they look like a side bereft of confidence, and they may not be able to find a way past the South Yorkshire side’s obstinate back-line.

0-0 Draw – 7/1

West Brom v Burnley

There is very little between these two sides in the table, and both will be desperate to pick up points in this game. The Baggies have registered having drawn 3-3 with Chelsea, and they looked fairly sharp in that game with Callum Robinson and Matheus Pereira both looking impressive.

WBA are unlikely to keep many clean sheets this season, but they look reasonably dangerous at the other end of the field, and it’s hard to imagine them not finding the net in this one. Burnley’s away games have been very entertaining so far, although the fact that they’ve conceded seven times is a concern.

Despite this, the Clarets have also notched in those encounters and should be able to find a way past a dodgy looking WBA defence.

1-1 Draw – 6/1
