It’s Scotland’s first appearance at an international tournament since 1998 and the Tartan Army will know that this is a must-win game. They will be boosted by playing at Hampden Park and with tactician Steve Clarke at the helm, they will be quietly optimistic going into this contest.

With England and Croatia expected to occupy the top two spots, these two sides will be fighting it out for the all-important third spot. Scotland lack firepower, but they are resolute and tough to beat, and they don’t concede easily. Clarke is an excellent operator, and all of the players appear to be behind him.

Czech Republic’s squad doesn’t contain too many household names, however, a number of players including Tomas Soucek come off the back of decent domestic seasons.
The Czechs appear to be improving, but they could struggle to find a way past the obstinate Scots.

Draw - 2/1
